MAHA LAND DIGITAL RECORD SERVICES respects your right over your data. You can use this page to request deletion of your account and personal information.

१. काय हटवले जाईल / What will be deleted

तुमचे प्रोफाइल (नाव, ईमेल, फोटो) / Your profile (name, email, photo).
तुमच्या डिजिटल लॉकरमधील दस्तऐवज / Documents in your Digital Locker.
ओळखीच्या तपशीलांच्या नोंदी (KYC), पत्ता / KYC identity fields, address.
तुमचा लॉगिन आणि उपकरण-सत्रे / Your login credentials and device sessions.
वैयक्तिक सूचना प्राधान्ये / Personal notification preferences.

२. काय राखून ठेवले जाऊ शकते / What may be retained

कायदेशीर, ऑडिट किंवा नियामक आवश्यकतांमुळे खालील माहिती मर्यादित काळासाठी राखली जाऊ शकते — फक्त कायद्याने आवश्यक असल्यास:

The following may be retained for a limited period only where legally, audit or regulatory obligations require it:

पूर्ण झालेले अर्ज व सरकारी दाखल्यांचे ऑडिट रेकॉर्ड — ७ वर्षे (IT Act 2000, GST कायदा). / Completed applications and audit records — 7 years (IT Act 2000, GST law).
पेमेंट व्यवहार लॉग (मास्क केलेले) — रिझर्व्ह बँक व Cashfree द्वारे आवश्यक कालावधीसाठी. / Payment transaction logs (masked) — for the period required by RBI and Cashfree.
अनामिक / एकत्रित विश्लेषणात्मक डेटा जो तुम्हाला वैयक्तिकरित्या ओळखू शकत नाही. / Anonymised / aggregated analytics data that cannot personally identify you.

राखलेली सर्व माहिती एन्क्रिप्टेड आहे आणि केवळ अधिकृत लेखा परीक्षकांसाठी उपलब्ध आहे. Retained data is encrypted and accessible only to authorised auditors.

३. वेळ / Timeline

तुमची विनंती प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर ३० दिवसांच्या आत प्रक्रिया केली जाईल.
Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
पुष्टीकरणासाठी आम्ही तुमच्या नोंदणीकृत मोबाइलवर संपर्क करू. We will contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm.

महत्त्वाचे / Important: ही विनंती नोंदवल्यानंतर तुमचे खाते पुनर्प्राप्त करता येणार नाही. Once we process this request, your account cannot be recovered. Please back up any documents from your Digital Locker before submitting.
